Bold BSU Predictions

Here are a couple of bold predictions for the BSU game:



1. BYU runs a fake punt



2. A BYU LB has a pick six



What are your bold predictions?

1. BYU runs back a punt/kickoff for a TD.



2. Mangum has a > 150 PER.

1. A BYU RB runs for 100+ yards

2. Zero Turnovers

1. BYU (Bronson specifically) gets a safety

2. A runningback will catch a TD pass

3. Mangum will continue to look super goofy in his helmet (okay, this isn't bold at all, but I can't be the only one that thinks this, right?)

With a win Saturday night vs #22 BSU, BYU enters the Top 25. I guess that isn't so bold.

Bold prediction: The sports/athletic department actually does some better than paltry advertising to inform even somewhat fairly informed fans who are more than willing to wear whatever color is asked of them.

There is a long run back off of a Linehan punt, but Linehan flattens the guy, a la Matt Payne, and forces the fumble, which he recovers...for another Cougar First Down!

Yeah, I noticed the too big helmet too! It reminded me of a scene from the movie The Testaments of One Fold and One Shepherd where the young man gets a hat/crown from the wealthy ruler, but it is too big for him and the girl makes fun of him saying that maybe his head will grow into it...

That is bold. I think a bold prediction will be predicting a win at all. I believe Mangum will be good, but he is still a freshman and is going to go through growing pains. I hope I am wrong and he plays lights out from now on but I don't think that is a realistic expectation.



My bold prediction, BYU wins because of its defense, we hold BSU under 10pts.

Q: Is Bronco mad at Tanner? Why is he making Tanner wear his little brothers helmet? LOL!!!

Bold prediction - BYU wins. (even without our 1 and 2 offensive weapons).

TMan will throw more picks that THill. Experience factor plus trajectory issues on mid-range passes. I know he wore the highest completion percentage shirt every day at the Elite 11 camp, but we have seen several picks in scrimmages this fall. But he is a fast learner and with his scrambling ability will pile up the yardage.
