Who is #41 during the Hail Mary?

I can identify everyone in on the Hail Mary play except the back to the left of Mangum at the start of the play, wearing #41. The roster shows either Sam Morell or Zach Newman, both linebackers. Does anybody know which it was, or if it was someone else entirely?

I read somewhere that it was Ho Ching but he had to change his jersey for some reason.
