I say the long pass is more likely. All the Nebraska defenders will be aflutter over worrying to contain Hill. The receivers have improved. My guess is that Nebraska will key in on M-squared, but will let one (and hopefully more!) slip for Nick Kurtz, Devon Blackmon, or Juergens. I'm feelin it baby!!!

If you go by what has happened in the past, I would say the run is more likely.

Run. As much as Hill and Anae say there will be more passing, when things start to break down Hill will do what he knows best.

Based on what I saw at practice, I'm gonna say pass. Taysom will get some good runs in, it will make the defense nervous and they'll cheat up, he'll scramble and find someone open deep for the score.

I'm going to say pass as well. Nobody wants to be the next Texas for Taysom Hill. All it takes is one DB with their eyes in the backfield; they see Taysom scramble, think "Crap, I have to be a hero!" and then any one of our receivers becomes the beneficiary of a wide-open TD pass.



As an example, we had just such a TD to Houk in the UConn game (only 35 yards, but it happened exactly as described above), and that was before the demolition of Texas.

Pass, Taysom will still get some good runs but I think the pass is more likely this year.

Ditto, although he has to learn that he can't run so much or he'll be watching from the sidelines again.

A long run by Hill. I think Nebraska's secondary is going to be pretty good. I don't think we will have a lot of big plays in the passing game.
