Passing Efficiency Differential and Why BYU Wins

Since 2000, in BYU games, the team with the better passer rating is 108-16 (.871). With Max Hall as the QB, the team with the positive Passing Efficiency Differential (PED) is 35-3 (.921).

This year, BYU's PED is 39.45 and Oregon St's is 18.58. BYU will win because of this

Passer Rating for the LV Bowl:

BYU 150.09

OSU: 88.36

PED improves to 12-1 on the season and 36-3 under Max.
