BYU and Notre Dame should each play AT Hawaii every year - so that they can have the 13 game schedule and then play each other the first weekend in December (same weekend as all the CCGs) at a neutral-site NFL venue that carries a conference championship atmosphere (rotating West-East venues).



This would benefit both by giving them the extra game to add to their overall body of work for the selection committee to review, plus the NFL-venue and CCG-esque atmosphere game fresh on the committee's mind at the end of the season.
