LMU or SCU

WCC tournament kicks off this week. The Cougs play this Saturday at 8 pm PST/9 pm MT (ESPN2). We'll play the winner of Friday night's game - No. 7 Santa Clara vs No. 10 Loyola.



We swept both teams this year. We beat SCU 81 - 46 and 78 - 57. We beat LMU 85 - 72 and 87 - 68. We should be able to handle either team. Who would you rather we play? We seem to have an easier time with SCU; however, I think SCU has more of the ability to pull off an upset (they just beat SMC). So, I'm going to go with LMU.



SCU swept LMU, so odds are we face SCU. But, I will be an LMU fan this Friday.

I would prefer LMU as well (and not to nitpick, but you have USF in the thread title).

I think Santa Clara is the more dangerous opponent. So I am hoping we see LMU.

I'd like to order a LMU please.

I don't think it will really matter unless we have injuries in the game.

SCU's RPI is 206

LMU's is 248



Don't know if it will really make much of a difference, but since I think we'll beat either team, I'll take SCU. Every little bit helps (or just hurts less) at this point.
