Gonzaga looking about like I expected. Same for BYU unfortunately. Fischer looking like he is going to have another "poor" shooting night (I think his trend follows the ability of the defense he plays against).

Quarter of the game is over BYU has hit 3 field goals. They will hit 12 FGs at this pace. BYU still down 11.

BYU turns this back into a game. I commend their effort. BUT... That rally is going to take its toll on this team. Let's see if BYU can continue this run. This game is another game which has shown a distrubing trend of fall behind early, try to make this up late. Hasn't worked out too well this year.

Wow, KC ties this this up at the buzzer with a running/jumpstop 3. Fantastic rally by BYU. Will be watching the first 5 minutes of this next half closely as it will probably tell the tale.

Kevin Pangos single-handedly won this game for the zags in half 2.

Pangos always pisses me off. He's just that good - steady - solid. (damn Canadian)

:whistle: I'm surprised the Cougs kept the score as close as they did. I expected a wider margin.

I'm really impressed with how Kaufusi is improving. Would like to see some blocks, but he's improving as a whole. While Winder didn't shoot real well today, the team is just better with him on the court. Collinsworth is just a stud. But it wasn't enough. There was an inbound pass in the second half where the score was tied (or close) and it was just a horrible pass that led to a turnover and it seemed like we never caught up after that. But Gonzaga looked real good.

Entering this game BYU was #56 on the Sagarin ranking and is now 0-2 vs top 25 and 1-3 vs top 50. Stanford is our one good win so far.
