I've spoken with Bronco a fair number of times and he's always been upbeat, friendly, and extremely likable every time I've talked to him.

I've met Bronco only once at a fireside in Oregon. I'm impressed with his sincerity and his drive to win. BYU has no better or stronger advocate than Bronco.

He readily admits that he changes who he is in front of the media and at public events. The people that saw him when he was brought in by Crowton know that at practice and in private settings he's that same guy.

I know that I have a "coach mode" that I get into on the sidelines or in official capacities; I think most coaches do. Doesn't surprise me at all.



BTW: get to Bam Bam's and get some brisket.

Mmm...brisket.
