If BSU leaves, who/what will Karl Benson pimp?

If BSU leaves, they'll take with them the "greatest WAC acheivement-beating a mediocre OU in the Fiesta Bowl", leaving the WAC with a bunch of garbage teams whose collective greatest moment involves UGA having their way with Colt Brennan (oh, the irony).



A few suggestions for Karl "BYU's national championship means very little" Benson

-Fresno State is willing to play anyone, anywhere. They're also willing to lose most of the time.

-Nevada's pistol is the greatest contribution to college football the WAC has ever made-way more than that stupid pro-style/west coast offence

-Conference football fields have gone 100% green

-4 timezones, more than the MWC (3) and most (if not all) other conferences

-UH's traditional "garbage storm" shows

-The spectrum

-Idaho going to a bowl



Any other ideas?

Really? Which 5? I could only come up with 4: LT in Central, a bunch of Mountain teams, a couple pacific teams and Hawaii.

There's a time zone (Alaska) between Calfornia and Hawaii, so it spans five.

His office, it's now got a few of the mens urinals in the waiting office, and boise bought him a tyco desk so now he doesn't have to use a box anymore.

The semantics of it make it all the more confusing. During daylight savings, there is a 5 hour DIFFERENCE between UH and LTech, so technically, that means the conference "SPANS" fully SIX timezones. Granted, there aren't two ACTUAL timezones between Hawaii and California (as you said, there's only Alaska), but because Hawaii doesn't...uhh...Daylight Save (have no idea what verb to use there... :P ), a Noon game in Hawaii is a 2'oclock game in Alaska, 3 in California, 4 in Utah, and 5 in Louisiana. So if you include both Hawaii and Louisiana, it SPANS 6 hours worth of timezones, if not actually six timezones themselves. Small and skinny of it is, if you play for LTech, it is basically a quarter of the world away. Flights like that aren't exactly easy to cram into one weekend.

"Save Daylight," the phrase you're looking for is "Save Daylight." Save is a verb. You wouldn't say "I too much money spend around Christmas" (unless you were some crazy-awesome foreigner who is crazy-awesome!).

Since the WAC doesn't have a team in Alaska's time zone (not yet, anyway!), I don't think it would be fair to claim WAC schools are found in 5 time zones. Then again, it is Karl Benson.
