USU What?

Before tonight we heard:



1) USU's OL is inexperienced and we'll eat them alive.



In actuality, we got no pressure on their QB and the Weber's inexperienced OL looked better than our OL.



2) USU won't get any yards on the ground because BYU defends the run really well.



Vigil run all over us and it took the defense 3.5 quarters to finally pick up on the double fake.



3) No need to worry about the secondary, they'll hold USU.



Our secondary was absolutely pathetic.



4) We'll get sacks on the QB because Kaufusi is back.



We got one hit and it was a late it. We hardly even pressured their QB.



We were horribly prepared today. Team was not ready to play despite the extra week. Defense was a joke. We relied on Hill's legs and paid the price.

Bronco is tired and his team has quit on him. His reign is up.

Our O-line is not that good when they don't have "TH" to scramble and keep the Defense honest.



We are hurting for a quality back-up QB. Ammon Olsen leaving has put us in a hurt box.

I'm actually looking forward to finding out who the back-up is now. I think Stewart will actually do a very good job, but I could also see him getting knocked out cold at some point on the blind side. Teams will be blitzing like crazy here on out.

Actually, it was great to see Anae call a few screens once they started sending the house. Once those plays get a lot of reps, it will open up the draw, screens and middle routes--in other words, stale bread Anae's O can actually be forced to look like an actual offense and not running man slaughter house.
