Be On The Lookout!!!!

Several empty chocolate milk cartons were found in the car. The driver fled the scene on foot and is presumed cranky.



It is believed the suspect goes by the alias of "Schmoe." If encountered, do not, repeat, do not confront or engage in any way. He has not had his shots nor has he been fixed.
