WolverineThere have been a lot of great ideas on how to improve the fan's Gameday in stadium experience, but they are interspersed throughout several threads. Let's condense everyone's ideas under one thread and then have someone compile a list of the best ideas and send them on to Tom Holmoe. I nominate someone who is an older distinguished alum with connections to the corporate world (Cougarbib?) or perhaps an important media personality (Spiffcoug?), or maybe someone who is black and white and doesn't sugarcoat a thing (Mizzoucoug?, Cougs_Rule?, Gunk?) to get this list to TH ASAP.
My short list:
1. Sponsorship is a necessary evil these days, but all sponsorship references must be inspirational, motivational, and have a kick#*# feel to it. No more..."and it's another Grandma Sycamore's third down conversion". Really???
2. Frequent updated scores of games across the country.
3. No more fireworks at 1:30 in the afternoon on a 90 degree day. Really???
4. TV monitors in the concourses and at the concession stands with the game being broadcast.
5. Get rid of the orange vested Gestapo manning the portals. Dress them up in appropriate BYU Gameday apparel, teach them some basic social skills, and let them know it is okay to actually enjoy the experience.
