Should BYU Let Taysom Hill Run Wild?

It could be argued that not running Hill more cost BYU the UVA loss in 2013. That precautionary strategy may have been costly. Throwing to JW in the flat in the rain - inaccurate QB to RB that does not catch well - a run by Hill probably gets a different outcome - or an injury. Risk.



What should BYU do Vs UCONN?

I just want to win. I don't care if it's by 500 rushing yards or 500 passing yards. Just win. If the defense gives us the QB run, then by all means take it.

Agree. You have to make them believe in the dual threat, if you want a dual threat advantage. I don't want to see a close game result from a push to prove that Hill can win without rushing. I agree that this is what kept Virginia in the game last year. I say let Hill do what Hill does best in any particular game.

To me, Hill proved he could throw against Houston last year. Over 400 yards and 4 TDs against one of the nation's top defenses for takeaways. Don't prove anything - just win, baby!
