Texas should be favored by 7-10 at their house.

BYU should be slightly favored over Houston in Provo - should be a good game

BYU @ UCF should be a tossup

BYU should be favored by 3 in Boise

Virginia, CAL, Nevada, and USU should be BYU wins, but should not be taken for granted

UCONN, UNLV, MTSU, and Savannah State games should heavily favor BYU.



Hopefully BYU will get a winnable bowl game and win 11 or 12 games.



I am not predicting that yet. I am predicting 9-3 or better for regular season games. Can't predict the bowl game until I see who we get and where we get them.

That's not bad at all. I expected worse. This has to be an undefeated season so let's do it.

Wow, very winnable schedule. TX is the only team "ranked" higher. It will be TX's 2nd game under a new coach with a team that struggled. There is no reason we should not play well against them and likely beat them.



UCF will be much easier. UH is at home. Boise could be tough but unknown.



No reason to lose more than one game this year. This is a very easy schedule and more than 2 losses is inexcusable.



We essentially lost ND, WI and Utah......3 losses.....with easier teams. We did keep UVA on the schedule but that loss was inexcusable and embarrassing.



The detractors will note that this is not a P5 difficulty of schedule no, it is not even close. Only response is to win........

I hope so regarding UT. But they will be pissed and not overlooking TH. Just like we will be gunning for UVA, they will be for us.

and Nevada will all be gunning for revenge. One or two of them will succeed. Depending on who we get for a bowl opponent - maybe 1 but probably 2 or 3 losses in the end.



That will have BSU ranked and in the discussion and ranked again going into 2015, barring defections.
