2nd upset win is only 2 minutes away from the final buzzer - even with the ladies missing free throws on front end of 1-1s.

Not yet, up 6 and we got a turnover, minute left. Finally got put on ESPN2.

3 point lead our ball 42 seconds left. Maeda has fouled out. Hamson with 4.

Our ball up 3 10 seconds on shot clock 22 seconds left. Just get a score.

Hamson scores and is fouled. Sample fouled out.

And suddenly after BYU missing tons of free throws, making turnovers, and Nebraska nailing a 3, it is a 3 point game with 42 seconds left. Choking.

Up 6 and we fouled them at half court. Up 4 turnover layup. Up 2 timeout 4.4 seconds left.

2 points with 4.4 left.

Hamson fouled 2.8 seconds left.

Hanson fouled with 2.2 seconds left. Makes first one. Nebraska out of timeouts.

Made 2nd one. 4 point win. 80-76.

Made the two free throws, we win by 4. UConn is next.

BYU beat a 5 seed - then a 4 seed.

We will have to be ranked now at the end of the season. We got 3 top 25 wins now. I hope to be able to watch the whole game next time.

Any chance these ladies could teach the men how to shoot the 3 ball?

Congrats to Coach Judkins and the BYU Cougars. I was actually able to watch the game on one of the ESPN2 Alternate channels on Dish. Cougars were up double digits throughout the middle portion of the game. Nebraska cut it to 2 with 10 minutes left and Hamson goes to bench with 4th foul. BYU then pushes it back to double digits and held on at the end for the win. Impressive victory especially considering Nebraska was set up to play on their home court in the Sweet 16. Must be quite disappointing for the Cornhuskers. Big challenge ahead more than likely against UConn in Lincoln. Go Cougars!
