For reference Kahlil Mack and Anthony Barr who are the top OLB in the draft are at 23 and 15 reps and they ran a 4.65 and 4.66.

Sorry it didn't take him 45 minutes to run 40 yards. He's due to run his 40 in another 45 minutes.

FYI Unga didn't attempt the bench press.

That 4.71 on the 40 will hurt his draft stock.

Unga is recovering from injury, iirc.

Looks like KVN needs to spend some more time training with Daniel Sorenson and less time with the future Mrs. KVN.

4.71 won't hurt his draft stock too much. There is so much film on KVN out there, and he took what he was told he had to work on from his breakdown last year, and he has film showing he did those things.

He's still a late first or early 2nd round guy.

Late first is crazy talk, and I don't think he is even an early second, not with his so-so year and so-so combine results.

He would have gone second last year, coming off that hot game and all the buzz. I think he goes late second or 3rd at this point. He really needed to get a 4.6 40. Speed was the major edge for him against the other backers, and now he doesn't really have that. He needed to be faster... not "almost as fast."

Sports Illustrated has him at #55 in their latest mock draft. And I bet he falls further than that, though I hope he doesn't.

It would be awesome if he felt to the late second round and got with a good team. I would love to see him in a Broncos uniform because they have been getting a lot of TV coverage this past year in Utah.

All I know is most people are still saying late first, early second. His initial grade last year from the NFL was mid 3rd round. He was in no way going to jump up from that last year to early 2nd as BlueIsBetter stated.

His so-so year (statistically) wasn't nearly as bad in scouts eyes as it was in yours. He did a better job setting the edge, he was better in run support, he improved his size and strength. In other words, he did all the things that the NFL report said he needed to work on to get a better draft position.

Who is saying late first early second? All I have found is somewhere mid to late second. And with so-so combine results he is expected to slide, even with a great Pro day. Without a good pro-day showing, he'll slide more, maybe into the 3rd-late3rd.

With a good combine showing last year he would have slid into the 2nd. He was a hot name last year. This year he is someone that people know, but I think it isn't a stretch to say that he has disappointed in his combine efforts, at least, in scouts eyes. There is a question mark on him now, that hopefully can be taken away in pro day.
