BYU vs St. Mary's game thread

3 possession = 3 turnovers. Not sure what happened to Halford on that first pass, but Mika looks so hesitant on offense these days. And he just got completely backed down on D. I really hoped he'd be a presence down there, but this team is softer than butter in the paint. Now 4 turnovers in 2 minutes. Wow.

Get Carlino in the game. Nobody out there is doing anything but pass to Haws and watch him try to score 50 again. That is not an offense.

Ha ha. Your thoughts mirror mine. I'll let my thread die and jump over here. Get Carlino in there. KC doesn't have the quicks or the ball control/precision passing to deal with the guards of SMC.



If BYU doesn't get some points, this one is going south fast.

I get the feeling Waldo is going to have a record night. Mika has his hands full.

Mika held his own pretty well. I think the plan was to attack Mika every possession to get him in foul trouble.

Where's the travel on Waldow there? Mika was called for the same thing about 5 mintues into the game.

We're almost to bonus already in the 2nd half. And Waldow has 3 fouls. Go hard to the rim and we're shooting FT's the rest of the game and may even foul their only player out. As long as Haws is shooting half of the foul shots this game should be a W.

Very nice win. We needed this one and the comeback confidence to boot. The home games are really going to help out the rest of the season. Great FT shooting for once by all, and way to stay in the game when things weren't going well!

Amazing how a game can go from 50/50 to win going away when making FTs.

Great win lets hope we can keep building on it...funny BYU players watching Texas today..
