Dickerson is the only reason USF is still in this game. The guy is a beast.

LAst 2 minutes, pretty ugly for BYU. KC should have called the timeout, not thrown that back in. Offensive foul on Mika. Missed fts by Austin.

We won. KC filled the star sheet again. Like most of our players he missed some free throws. We had 5 guys in double figures at least in Carlino, Halford, Haws, Mika, and KC.



Sloppy, undisciplined finish be all, but the road win Vs a 4-2 team - Sweet.

I know it was a Thursday night and all, but the USF fan support was pretty pathetic. Did they even have 50 students there total? Seriously, I don't think there could have been more than that and maybe that includes the cheerleaders and players. The previous two years have been better supported than tonight.



Anyway, I think our guys had a good road win. They played tough throughout. Carlino really only had one lapse back I to is old self of shooting dumb shots.

Unfortunately, when it comes to FTs, you are correct, he is very consistent at missing them. although, I believe he did hit higher than his season average tonight. When the game is on the line and you know USF is going to start fouling, get him out of there. Carlino, Haws and halford should be the only people touching the ball when BYU is trying to eat up clock.

Maybe we should just put 3 men on the court? After those 3, Collinsworth, who has improved the last three or 4 games, is probably the next best bet. BTW, when the game was still tight with time left, Carlino missed both shots when he got fouled. Carlino, lately has been a little off his normal mediocre percentage for a point guard. Collinsworth has been improving slightly from his normally poor percentage. Who did you want on the floor in the other two spots?



We agree on the first 3. Collinsworth is one of the top 5. He might even grab a rebound or a steal when the others miss one.

Carlino: 4/6 (last 4 in a row)

Team: 28/37 (76%)

Respectable all the way around considering where this team has been this season regarding FT's. No problem whatsoever with KC being on the floor during crunch time. I'm with Bib on this one. You don't take your best all-around player off the floor down the stretch, and if you do you better be able to justify the alternative in this case. Winder? Bartley? Not even close. This was a solid road win. I like the moxie of this group right now. Take it one game at a time and before you know it you MIGHT see 3 more road wins in a row and even NostradamBibmus will be wrong ;) Go Cougars!
