My high school coach only outlawed 2 words on our team, Lord's name in vain and the F bomb. If anyone used those words, they had to run 300s. One day, he broke his own rule...and he ran 6 300s before practice the next day.
Wish he would have been a little tighter on the other words as well, because as an 18 year old, I used a ton of the other words just from being around that every day for 3 years.
