Carlino playing the 2 tonight, KC starting at PG. Interesting, MC is a much better "pure point guard". While Kyle is better suited for the 3-4. Although, Kyle is a much better ball handler than I remember, his decision making is not there yet (but neither is Carlino's).

I'd think this would be considered "sort of a big deal" to switch your PG out after having him play that position for 2 years.

I don't think it's a big deal because MC is not getting benched. Both KC and MC will still be on the court together - just in slightly different roles.



A big deal would be Halford starting at the 2 while KC moves to the 1.

This would be like moving Friel to QB and Taysom to TE.

I'd press Collinsworth every time he brings the ball down the floor. So far he hasn't shown that he's going to beat the press.

Ha ha. My QB/TE post was hyperbole. But I believe it would be bigger than moving a WR to another receiver spot. But, KC has done well enough, it has made me wonder if we are utilizing Carlino to his full potential. There is NO half court offense for this team, so as long as the ball handler crosses half court and can make a decent pass, it doesn't really matter who is bringing the ball up. The PG in this system, isn't a real PG.

If Kyle is going to run the show he better improve his FT shooting?
