I would love love LOVE to see a bama/auburn rematch for the NC but bama's #4 right now in the BCS. Ohio State would have to lose to Michigan State AND Florida State would have to lose to Duke, both on neutral fields ... those are pretty long odds (OSU is a 5.5pt favorite but FSU is favored by 29).

I would love to see an NC game without a team from The SEC. Really would.



Can't believe I am rooting for Florida State and Ohio State - but go Seminoles go Buckeyes.

Ohio st got a good chance at going down..I don't wanna see Bama or any other sec team win a title..

Given they likely won't play for the NC I believe Bama fans don't believe there is a lot to play for and believe the year is a disappointment. Most people would think a BCS game would be incentive to win, but Bama is focused on the NC. Look at when they played Utah they did not look excited to be playing in the game, in fairness the Utes did play well.



I went to the NC game and all the festivities. Bama fans were happy to be there, but similar to BYU going to the FH bowl game. I talked to Bama fans and they said it is tough to get up when you are always in BCS games and they had just played in the NC (and crushed LSU) they year prior. They said you just get used to winning everything and there is really just downside to every game. That is a rich man's problem.......I wish my teams had the issue (probably how we felt in the heyday regarding WAC opponents).
