NBC (just like every ND home game for decades) at 330 ET (like 95%+ of all ND home games).....also this is shown on the Internet. ;)



Always happy to answer ND questions related to the team. This week is a bye week for ND and really a bye week for BYU too, so I look at this us being in the mid week of ND/BYU.

And ND is not having practices this week. Too many injured or maybe they have a waterpark trip planned.

Ha, it is an off week. No waterpark, it is too cold......they are going ice skating.



One thing that I do know that supposedly happened this week was Brian Kelly meeting in CA with LDS kids, Tyler Luatua.....no word on a Mama visit.

Most likely football comes 5th at Notre Dame.

Prediction: Both teams start slow, then turn it on in the 2-3rd quarters, where BYU grabs the lead and hangs on through the fourth, winning 23-17.

Bad weather helps Notre Dame. BYU hasn't been very good in bad weather games this year.

BYU will play like they always do on the road--tentatively. Anae and Bronco have never learned to go for the jugular in a hostile environment. It is the only way to win away from home against good to great opponents.



In other words...

No punting from their 30 or anywhere on past the 40.

No playing prevent D to end the half.

No playing prevent O when up by less than 17 points.

No settling for field goals just because you're scared of turnovers in the red zone.

No settling for field goals late in games that are any deeper than from the 20 yard line.

No more rugby sweeps in the red zone.

No regular sweeps in the red zone ever again!

I always pick BYU in games like this and I'm always wrong so I'll say ND 28 BYU 17. Go Cougars!

BYU will move the ball on the ground given ND health issues. Bad weather hugely favors BYU as ND has better skill positions and this mutes that advantage. ND will make some big plays and force TH to throw after a few adjustments. ND turns the ball over a few times and continues to play down at home. It is senior day and ND struggles and in their mind there is not a lot to play for and for BYU this makes their seasons.....I don't see how the Irish win.



BYU jumps out and ND comes back to take 27-24 lead. BYU drives and TH pounds home a score and BYU defense holds as ND needs a TD.....Rees can't throw with the wind.



ND - 27

BYU - 31

Bad weather is a huge advantage to BYU, huge ! Takes away NDs ability to throw and throwing in this game is more crucial to ND today.
