Well, a semi-boring half due to Anae calling off the dogs in the 3rd, but BYU gets the win 37-20. Co Gougs!

What a game!!! Byu looked fabulous in the first half on offense. The first half of the 3rd quarter was good as well, we did score 10 in that quarter. We let of the gas WAYYY to early. That has been a bronco staple. Anae looked to be running clock, a few times early in the 4th they went to pass and Taysom over threw JD once and a TE on another. I would have liked Byu to go balls to the wall all the way up to 50 points or 5 -7 minutes left in the 4th.

Otherwise it was a fun game. Almost hit my prediction of 42-17!

Great first half of football. I hate seeing us settle for field goals after great drives due to blue zone penalties. Against the bigger boys those drives have to become 6 points.

I noticed that Hill was less than happy with the way some of those drives ended. This gives me hope.

Loved the game. Boise fans were loud in the stadium. I hope Danny is ok and back for the Wisc game. He's the most unheralded player on the team I think. Taysom is awesome and his arm is as strong as his legs. Since it looks like I need to give an Anae complaint, why why why are we running Williams and Hill in the 4th with a multi score lead? Again........

Very complimentary article on the front page of SI right now.

"Much of that production is thanks to Hill, who again showed why he’s one of the most dynamic quarterbacks in the country. The sophomore accounted for three of his four total touchdowns by halftime, and he completed 21-of-28 passes for 253 yards through two quarters"

"• BCS focus? While Boise State’s BCS chances are out the window, the door is still open for BYU to sneak into the picture. The Cougars face stiff tests against Wisconsin next week and Notre Dame two weeks after that, but winning out would mean nine straight victories to close the season for the Cougars. Of course, Mendenhall and BYU would need bad luck to hit the likes of Louisville and Fresno State, but there’s no reason to completely count the Cougars out of the BCS picture."

That's quite the compliment, but nothing can rinse out the stink of the Virginia loss. We're not a BCS team this year. The next two years are a different story.

The virginia and utah losses stink, both are bad losses. utah is a bad team this year just like they were a bad team last year and we lost to them both years. The utes win over Stanford was a fluke.

That fluke win over Stanford at home and that fluke win over BYU in Provo, and that narrow win over USU almost guarantee U a bowl game when added to their blow-out win over Weber State.

At the risk of sounding silly and look like I enjoy talking about senseless stuff, last night was the first time I've ever seen Cosmo wearing a costume. I saw him in the batman getup and thought it was great. Has he ever done something like this before during a game?

Cosmo wore several costumes throughout the night. Spiderman, Robin, Leisure Suit, and a few others.

He doesn't normally do this, certainly not to that extent. I think it was mainly to do with Halloween.
