Air Force is the most connected team to our opponents as they play 4 games against them. The number by the team indicates how connected they are. If two connected teams play each other take the underdog.

#3 Oregon over #12 UCLA- We are now Oregon fans. Bottom line the Pac-12 champ goes to a BCS game. We might as well have that team be undefeated. Oregon is the only undefeated team in the Pac-12. We want the Pac-12 to take only 1 BCS spot. This gives us a better chance of landing a BCS spot in the remote chance that we qualify and it gives us a larger pool of Pac-12 teams in the probable event that we end up in the Fight Hunger Bowl. Handing a loss to UCLA drops them in the rankings and potentially out of an at-large BCS selection.
#6 Stanford over #25 Oregon St.- If we want to make the BCS, Oregon and Notre Dame will need to take care of business on Stanford for us. We don't want another team getting into the mix. Therefore, root for Stanford to give Oregon St. their 2nd loss of the year.
Akron over Ball St.- BSU has only 1 loss. Yes, they played and beat Virginia. Virginia's SOS doesn't mean anything to us since we lost to them and they stink. Meanwhile, BSU winning gives them a shot to be in the rankings in front of us. Eliminate them Akron.
Tulsa over Tulane- Tulane is 5-2. They probably would never be ranked ahead of us. I just don't want to take any chances.
Washington over Cal- Normally we would root for Cal. However, one of the goals is to get the best bowl opponent possible. Cal isn't going bowling. Washington has 3 losses and will never be ranked ahead of us if we take care of business. Root for Washington to beat Cal since they may be a bowl opponent.
