Also--Mars, you are supposed to put this news under wraps so that I can adjust my predictions accordingly while the unwashed uninformed masses continue to pick Emery for steals and rebounds leader.

Droppings.

Everyone is going to have to step up defensively if he can't go and I mean everyone. I'm not as worried about the offense because I still think we'll get our points, but Emery is a lock-down defensive guy who we would absolutely miss against possibly the toughest game on our schedule.

"BYU's last win at the Spectrum came in 2000, behind 35 points from Terrell Lyday. Not only was that the Cougars' last win at Utah State, it remains the only instate home game Stew Morrill has lost since taking over as head coach in 1998. Following an 89-49 home win over Southern Utah last Saturday, Morrill is now 20-1 in the Spectrum versus teams from the state of Utah.

BYU has lost four in a row at the Spectrum.

Utah State has won 18 in a row versus instate foes at the Spectrum.

Utah State has won 36 in a row overall at the Spectrum.

Utah State has won 40 in row versus non-conference foes at the Spectrum.

Utah State has won 64 in a row versus regular season non-conference foes at the Spectrum (last loss: 82-73 to BYU on Jan. 18, 2000)."

That being said, the game is tomorrow, so get your prediction picks in tonight or as soon as you can.

So does anyone have an update on Emery? Is he going to lace it up tonight?

Not a fracture. He could play tonight, but it will be a game-time decision.

Well, Emery's starting, which screws up my prediction, and I already don't like these officials.
