...or would the unis look way better with a matte white helmet? Throw in the royal blue and those shiny blue face masks we saw in the Utah game and we've got something special!

I think any chrome helmet would be awesome

I'd be interested in seeing how a matte royal blue helmet looked.

I've seen Arkansas and West Virginia wear matte white helmets--they end up looking like this:

Duke wore a matte blue helmet for lacrosse last year, and I thought they looked really sharp (not a huge fan of the facemask fade, though).

Yeah, that's a great helmet, minus the facemask.

I think the facemask fade would be fine if it was a true gradient. That barely softened edge looks terrible.

Paint it blue, put on a mask, put some padding in it, and it'd be a great helmet for the defense.

I believe versus Utah the royal blue on the helmets was chrome.

Now that is a Bronco helmet. It would make for a very sharp defense.
