Governemnt is shutting down athletic events

I would have thought that a football game is essential and therefore subject to continuation ;)

If shutting down national parks and football for a couple schools was all it took to get the budget under control I'd be all for it. But I think those few things have been suspended because they are visible and will upset some people. Imagine how much money the government could be saving by staying out of libya, syria, (iran soon?). Imagine if Barack Obama didn't take that trip to Africa. How about those lavish parties that the white house throws? That Africa trip alone probably could have saved the country enough to keep the national parks open for a decade. There is no responsibility in the government, just less freedoms for Americans.

Sounds to me like you are someone who is awake and aware to what is going on geo-politically... our government is basically run by Latter-Day Gadianton Robbers... same with our so-called 'financial system'. It's incredible... five years ago when derivatives started the implosion of the financial system, the feds handed out $700 BILLION to Wall Street while the privately owned 'Federal Reserve' handed out over $23.5 TRILLION in bail-outs to select corporations, banks and nations overseas while slicing and dicing benefits to the middle class in the name of preventing a default... and the so-called 'wars' overseas are all about profiteering for the military-industrial complex, oil/gas pipelines, defense contracts, the survival of the petro-dollar and invading nations who have ceased being friendly to U.S. interests.

Anyway... the deception and lies being perpetrated upon this nation are staggering and 9/11 was the biggest fraud and false flag operation in the history of the world. Today's Gadiantons make the Gadianton Robbers in the Book of Mormon look like choir boys by comparison. Satan is working overtime right now. The truth about everything going on is terrifying and sobering.

Yes, it's on You-Tube, however, it's the rough-draft version of the film - since uploading it 2 years ago, I've re-done the film with professional-grade software, effects, etc. and so the final cut is far better.
