I went with hanging 50 on them. A shutout would be nice, but I want an explosive offensive flurry leaving the :utard: wondering what the yewt just happened here.

I love the psychological devastation that comes with knowing you went at someone with everything you had for 60 minutes, and all you have to show for it is a list of injuries. This is what I'm talking about:

I vote for the shutout. I don't want the Yewts to experience any accomplishment on Sat. I want a real beat-down. I want them to look at the scoreboard and see ZERO. But, that's not going to happen.

I'll take the shut out. That's just demoralizing.

You guys... come on... BYU isn't going to drop 50 on the Utes... Hill ain't Mannion and needs a LOT of work on his throwing. Utah's strength on D is against the run. If the Cougs got 28 in this one, I'd be surprised. And Utah isn't going to get shutout... not a chance... Utah already leads 7-0 because you know BYU's O is going to give their D at least one TD.

This. I have grown to love the BYU defense so much the last few years let them experience the ultimate joy in beating utah with a shutout.

And 21 by the offense would be the most since 2009, and most in regulation since 2008, so kind of a good day, for them, too (relatively speaking)

K, I've been convinced... Shutout all the way. Way more embarrassing for :utard: I revel in shutouts.

I voted 52 to 21 because I want the offense to show up. 21 - 0 is a great halftime score. I am greedy because I want the shutout too.



I had a dream the other night that it was 63 -0 with 10 seconds left. The utes line up for a field goal to avoid the shutout, but is blocked by Eathyn an returned for a TD by VanNoy to make it 70 - 0. It will never happen that way, but the dream was pleasant.
