If the Utes lose to Utah State, they won't win more than three games.

Lets all hope that one of those 3 isn't us.

Wow! That's one thing I'd like to never experience - being impaled by a bull horn. Can you imagine the tremendous power and violent nature of a 2,000 lb. bull thrusting his horn through your abdomen - lifting your impaled body up and shaking you around? I am out!

In the famous words of Johnny Bisquit: "What, do you (guys) think you are fooling the angels?"

Nice double standard Hawk. I'd like to report you to yourself.

OK - how many of you remember this one? LSMFT

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), I know what that one stands for, but I'm pretty clueless on the rest of the acronymns floating around the internet these days (and no - I never text).

Hint - it was from a commercial that you would never hear on today's TV.

I was actually out there when this happened. Patrick Eccles is a good friend of a guy on our film crew. He was simply in a really bad, narrow spot at the wrong time with a solo bull that was super threatened. As he was one of the people we were filming, we actually have HiDef slow motion video of him being impaled as well as lots of pictures. Pretty crazy. He's doing fine, but it was a close call...ruptured Spleen can kill you in minutes, not hours. Luckily, the Doctors performed surgery immediately and effectively. Unfortunately, it's super hot in the hotel. Our boy went and bought him a fan just before I left.

I missed the opportunity after a series of unfortunate events. I'll be back out to run in the future. If you're smart and aggressive and don't put yourself in bad spots, you generally don't get hurt. Pretty crazy stuff though!

And yes, I do think it's a bad omen for The Utes!

I'm mostly shocked to learn that commercials had even been invented when you were younger.

Hawk, I wasn't young. I had to show the Lord how to bang a couple of hydrogens and an oxygen together to make water. He kept messing up the recipe and kept throwing in an extra oxygen. Said it made the water taste a little better, but the animals in the world kept dying off. Sad to say, it was later discovered that drinking that stuff also made some drinkers violently mentally ill and caused all sorts of growth abnormalities, thus creating some of the most regressive thinking and most grotesque and physically repulsive being to ever walk the Earth. They tend to congregate in mass numbers and call themselves Ewets. Since their language is very hard to decipher, most of the time it's believed that when they try communicating with each other, they don't even understand since it sounds like drunken prattle and authentic frontier gibberish and they call each other Gabby Johnson. Reason is unknown.

It is believed that the word "Ewet" is an acronym for "ev'r wettin' em trousers" which is an all too common occurrence in their center of worship, the Eccles Stupium, recently named after one of their most intelligent who only got gored once by a bull. Usually they get gored three or four times.

It has been theorized that brains times beauty is a constant, the smarter/prettier you are, the uglier/dumber you are. Mrs Hawkwing seems to be the exception to that rule being both very intelligent and smoking hot, but she did marry Hawkwing.

But you say, how can them Ewets be so gosh darn ugly and so utterly inane and puerile at the same time. Well, if the constant is a positive number and if one of the terms is negative number, then both of the terms on the left side of the equation have to be negative. Everybody has the right to be stupid and ugly sometimes, but them Ewets just really abuse that privilege. :utard:

The cause of such hideousness and witlessness hasn't been determined yet, but whatever it is, it's working only too well and extremely efficiently.
