DdawgOk - a "Ute" is what the Aussies call an El Camino style pick up truck. GM has an Australian division called Holden. They have designed a new - very fast pick-up truck (El Camino style). Officially, it called the "VF SS V Redline Ute."
They went to Germany and used the very famous Nurburgring race track to test it, and see what kind of times it could run.
Of note, Nurburging is a racing complex made up of 2 tracks. The Nordschleife (where GM tested their new Ute) was opened in 1927. The second track, the Grand Prix, was opened in 1984. GM ran their new vehicle on the "Green Hell" - the Nordschleife.
