Will Conference Play Be a Cakewalk?

Last year, the following teams issued a threat:

- New Mexico

- SDSU

- UNLV

- Utah



and this year? :utard: just looks pathetic (even moreso than usual).

SDSU is not shaping up to be what they thought they'd be.



Really, the only other impressive looking teams so far are New Mexico and UNLV.

No team has won more than 14 games in conference play. The best record thus far is 14-2. I am predicting that BYU will beat that record.

I really just don't see who's going to beat us. No other team has the combination of returning starters/overall experience or depth thanks to the conference's best recruiting class. They just might have a letdown game but I definitely don't see more than one.

UNLV looks darn good, playing them in Vegas always is a challenge.

we will lose 1 or 2. The loss/losses will come on the road to UNM and/or UNLV. That's my prediction.

I think the best we do is drop two on the road, probably to UNLV and the other to either UNM or :utard: (don't care how crappy :utard: are they always up their game when playing us).

This is exactly what I have been thinking. Still, to end the entire season with only 2 or 3 losses? I'll take it!
