2005 - 0-5 (L's to #22BC, TCU, #9 ND, Utah, Cal)
2006 - 3-2 (L's to UofA, BC - W's vs #17 TCU, Utah, Oregon)
2007 - 4-1 (L's to UCLA - W's vs UofA, TCU, Utah, UCLA)

IOW bronco's and BYU's record with extra time to prepare is a pristine 21-2 from 2006 on. in the first set of data you'll notice that for any given season all, or a majority of the "quality" wins BYU will get in any given season will come off of these weeks.
What does that mean for 2013?
First game - @UVA - locked...it's a win...fo' shizzle.
Bye Week - vs Utah - bravo TH and Bronco. since BYU hasn't lost an "extra prep time game" in almost 5 years (2008 bowl game vs UofA) and hasn't lost one in the regular season since the opening game of 2006...no, that's not a typo...2006...i'm chalking this up as a win as well.
Bye Week - @ Wisc - i think Wisc is a team bronco can beat with extra prep. they won't overwhelm the Cougars with athleticism, though they are talented. i still think Cougs come out victorious. (of the 4...most likely loss for sure)
Bowl game - vs Pac12 middle of the road - W as well.
This great record is a two edged sword because it also means BYU's record on normal one-week prep time vs "good" teams isn't great at all. that doesn't bode well for Texas, BSU or ND games. we'll see.
