Delgado Out

Delgado is transferring.



I'm not too beat up over it. I had high hopes for him and thought he'd be the 2 we needed, but with Winder and the other combo guard Rose picked up there wasn't going to be much playing time for Delgado.



Delgado showed flashes of brilliance.

Brilliance? Hyperbole anyone?

Sure that might be overstating it a bit, but it's much nicer than saying that he showed "flashes of competence"...

Boy attrition in BB is rather high. It is simply hard to evaluate whether there was more there than what we saw due to his injury. It's hard not to feel that we invested time into Delgado and now our return is totally gone.

This hurts our depth a little.



We are going to need Winder or KC to demand big time minutes.



And the new JC guard is going to need to play soon.

I thought some of Rose's comments were interesting. If you're a new player, you can't get hurt. It just sets you back too much.
