CougarbibU gave us a tough game. Worried me re program directions even though we won. Then U sucked in PAC. I felt better though still concerned about BYU trending down.
Then BYU flopped at season end and especially in WCC Tournament. U had an unimagineable spurt in PAC Tournament and I again worried about the direction the two programs were headed - U Up - Y Down.
Then BAM. UW. POW. Mercer. ZAP. So. Miss State. WOW. Madison Square Garden.
Both teams have something to build on. Y is still practicing and playing. Carlino is still benefiting. Austin, too.
If a certain RM plays well in 2013/14, I think we have 3 stars and a high potential freshman in the wings.
