2012-13 Matt Carlino - Regular Season Grades

It's time to hand out grades for the players of the 2012-2013 basketball team.

For the season, he had 898 minutes, 132 of 319 Field Goals, 41 of 59 free throws, 38 of 124 from three, 343 points. 20 offensive rebounds, 83 defensive rebounds, 139 assist, 85 turnovers, 59 steals and 2 blocks.

Awful early and late in the year. Had a really nice stretch at the start of conference season. Just way to inconsistent.

PPG, Assits, 3pt% and FT% were all down from last year. Turnovers not significantly improved either.



He has the skills and athletic ability to be the best PG in the conference, but mentally, he's not even close.



He's got two years to figure things out and live up to his potential.

D+ Still can't shoot, make simple passes, or penetrate worth a lick.

B- I can't be more brutal than that. He's a soph. The bar gets raised next year. If he performs similarly next year, he will get a C- to a D. C'mon mAttie. Pick it up during the off season.
