Scolarship Crunch Coming?

Found this article and thought this part was interesting.

We count six scholarships available for 2013. This number will fluctuate based on unannounced commits or player personnel changes. But the real story is the number of scholarships available in 2014 and 2015. There are only eight scholarship spots left for 2014, and in 2015 when 23 RMs join the team, there will only be six! In short, we currently have on scholarship: 80 in 2013, 77 in 2014, and 79 in 2015!
