Bend over if you don't see where The Holester is headed with his two related threads. In case you are all totally unaware, especially early on, Lavell Edwards was known for developing young coaches that usually moved upward and onward and did not have many misfires. Later, Edwards began to be perceived as one who kept stale coaches around forever.

Bronco has not yet proven himself to be a good judge of coaching talent - ezpecially on offense as of late.

IDK if he deserves credit for Crowton hangovers that moved on like everyone's favorite OL coach or the defensive coach that was part of the UCLA Dream Team nightmare before flopping as head coach at NMSU.

Hole wants Bronco to bend over and take one for his suppisedly obvious inadeqacies.

OK HOLE - Bronco has not yet equalled the Legendary LaVell Edwards on every front. He still falls short of Bear Bryant in a few areas as well.

Sucks to be him - WAIT -

SUCKS TO BE YOU

Seriously

Whit has Anderson, and that is it.

He fired Lugwig, which was a mistake. Fired Schramm basically. And, I really can't think of any others. But that Brian Johnson hire was a stroke of genius. Ha!

Actually maybe it was caused by a stroke.

Mike Leach's own coaching tree is pretty impressive. Here's his staff (plus 1) from 2000, his first year of head coaching:

RB coach Art Briles: Baylor head coach

IR coach Dana Holgorsen: West Virginia head coach

WR coach Sonny Dykes: Cal head coach

OL coach Robert Anae: BYU offensive coordinator

DC Greg McMackin: former Hawaii head coach

LB coach Ruffin McNeill: East Carolina head coach

DL coach Ron Harris: former Houston defensive coordinator

DB coach Brian Norwood: Baylor assistant head coach

ST coach Manny Matsakis: former Texas State head coach

Starting QB Kliff Kingsbury: Texas Tech head coach
