The mission call is awesome, but th hatemail stuff pi$$e$ me off. If any member of CC is found to be one of those ill-bred schlocks, I hope he gets tackled, given a red belly, several purple nurples, and then banned for life, if not longer, from CC. :angry:

Everyone who is worked up about him not coming to BYU needs to remember, maybe he will play a year for Duke and realize that it's not the place for him. Unless he feels ready to hit the NBA at that point (which is a possibility), he might consider BYU as a secondary option. Burgess might have come to BYU after leaving Duke except for the problems with the coaching staff during his recruitment and the reaction of the fans. Remember, we like transfer players.

But, if any real Cougar fans are doing that, shame on them. That type of person is NOT welcome at CougarCorner.

Parker is a good kid. Good example for the Church and has done more representing the Church on a national level then most of us will do in our life times. Nothing but love and appreciation should be coming from LDS' mouths.
