Tapusoa and Wily

Both are Kahuku guys. TBS posted an article. Both plan missions right out of high school and in that scenario, BYU is interested in both. Kahuku is loaded and has won back-to-back State Championships.



Tapusoa played Mike linebacker and was given freedom to follow his instincts from sideline to sideline. He also played fullback in blocking situations. He is targeted for Safety at BYU.



Wily is a record-breaking running back.

Johnny has already verbally committed to BYU. Afaoga will receive a schollie from BYU if he goes on a mission first. We will know more about his schollie when they both visit BYU on January 17th. A. Wiley is an awesome RB and seems to resemble Joshua Quezada in running style.

Uh, it's spelled "Aofaga Wily"....and how is a Joshua Quezada-type RB a good thing?



Didn't see Q progress from his freshman year to his soph campaign, so it wasn't disappointing/surprising when he opted to transfer. I don't know, RB is not that critical a need in the Y's current offensive scheme IMO.



I'd prefer they focus on recruiting the OL and TE positions. Bring the TE back to a more prominent place in the BYU offense......and get a placekicker.
