Good news: AF beat writer saying how overrated BYU is has much crow to eat; bad news: he'll never admit it



Good news: we played a very good game against AF--game was not even as close as the score would indicate; bad news: we played a really good game today....I hope this does not presage next week's game! I am sure it will not but the bad game following the good game gig is getting old



Good news: Dennis Pitta--best tight end in the country; bad news: he is a senior



Good news: BYU BB pounded Hawaii; bad news: if we really want to go far with this team, how much will we need Miles to step it up? The guy was MIA last night....

Bad news, BYU had to actually play a team that was allowed to field 18 members on the field.

Good news, they still won!

Bad News: Max threw two INTs.

Good News: Max threw five TDs and helped BYU score 52 points (although 14 points were disallowed by the officials who had bet on AF to cover).
