Final record

What's your confidence level for the last three games? Does the record you predict = successful season?

11-2, forgive me for being optimistic, I know it's not en vogue at the moment.

I think BYU wins the next two and loses the bowl game. 10-3 is another outstanding year.

I'm with Rasta. I think we win our two home games and lose a close bowl game. Still 10-3 is great when you combine it with 3 previous 10+ win seasons in a row.

While I know the pukes can beat us there is no reason that they should beat us. BYU is the more talented team this year. Yet they always seem to play out of their mind against us while BYU is just ho-hum about the game. I'd really love it if all the seniors took out the frustration on the pukes this year and we run the score up on them like the good old days but I know that won't happen.



As for the bowl game, even if we get matched up against a foe like USC or Cal, I just don't see them being motivated enough to care when their season didn't go the way they wanted it to to say the least. BYU had a bowl game like that last year so I hope they have learned from their mistake and the seniors want to go out with one last win. But I think it's likely we don't get a very good bowl opponent anyway so I voted 11-2.

I voted 11-3, though I fully expect an epic battle with Air Force and Utah. I think we'll be disappointed with our PAC-10 foe in the Vegas Bowl, and we'll block a potential game-winning field goal to win the game.

Keep in mind that this season didn't shape up the way USC or Cal had wanted it to be either, so they could possibly have the same attitude walking into that game as BYU would.

That's what I was saying actually. Sorry if it wasn't clear.

11-2, especially if we win convincingly tomorrow.

If we lose tomorrow, I change my vote.

I'd say 60/40 against AF and 50/50 against Utah. If we lose one or both of those, we have an easier bowl game and probably win it.



But even if engineer84 came on and explained the statistical unlikelihood of winning out, that's what I'm hoping for.
