BYU vs. SJSU game thread

Good start. I guess none of us got to see the first drive there, but I see no reason why SJSU should ever stop us on D. I'm okay with a 62-57 type game. Let's light it up tonight!

Wow, our pass defense is looking terrible early. Lots of big chunk plays going over the top.

I said it before (even before OSU) and I'll say it again...our D vs passing teams is below average.

Our regular rush has been a joke all year and Bronco hates to blitz. They are going to score a lot of points tonight.

Agreed, this is looking like it will be a shootout. The early missed extra point from SJSU is nice to have.

yeah, they are running lots of quick stuff, but when he drops back, we're not getting pressure... gotta sent more than 2 or 3 against this line so far.

With any other QB...

It's fun watching a quarterback who can throw....sigh....too bad it's not ours :(

Our pass rush (as it is every year) is still a joke and is going to cost us this game. Bronco wants them to earn every yard with his bend but no break but any good passing team will eat this kind of D alive every time, which is what's happening now.



Bronco grow a pair, let your CB's live on an island once in a while and go get the QB. We haven't come close to this kid. We are about to get blown away by a team called San Jose State!

Ugh...20-7. We need Ansah to lay a hit on their QB. He's getting all day to throw. Hopefully Bronco switches something up here soon. This is looking bad.

The question right now isn't whether BYU will get stops in this game but whether we will ever slow this down. San Jose has picked up major yards on every pass play. This is uglier than OSU was.
