Jackman is the douce that punched the girl.

From watching the video is appears that Stout is pretty much responsible for getting Sampson kicked out of school. Sampson appears to be a follower and if Stout had just walked away we never would have know that BYU football players like to eat burritos at 3 AM.



I blame Jake Heaps for Sampson getting kicked out of school. He's the one that recruited Stout. TIC

Maybe the death penalty would be a little too harsh.

Sampson and Stoudt got themselves kicked out of school. Jordon Johnson was there too and spent his time trying to break up the fight instead of making it worse. Stoudt could have walked away, Sampson could have gotten in between stoudt and the guy he punched to start the fight. The punishment fits the crime and hopefully they will get some punishment from the law too. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Looks like some more information about the fight has been released in the police report:

All of [the witnesses and/or victims who were there when police arrived] said that when they walked into the restaurant that night there was a group of three girls and five guys, including Stout, Jackman, Santos and Sampson.



"This group of people were making rude comments [to the victims/witnesses], who just ignored the group and sat down. They said that [the three girls] and Stout, Jackman, Santos and Sampson then started to walk out of the restaurant, but Stout stopped at their table and was saying rude comments to some of the girls in their group. They tried to get Stout to leave .... After a few minutes [Victim No. 1] stood up from the table that he was at ... and Stout swung and hit [Victim No. 1] two times
