Bottom Five and Other Miscellany

This was a devastating week. First Colorado won last week and did not do themselves any favors by deciding not to lose this week (they had a week off). Then the Bottom Five's new number one--Idaho--won! And Arkansas won! Why? Why? Why? But out of this black cloud of depression, a new number one has emerged...



5. TCU The team is only down one DUI from a better record....



4. Nebraska. This may surprise some. And I have to admit. NE is a good team--until they play a good team (and see below)



3. BYU play calling--the Bottom Five has it on good information that Doman told Taysom to take a knee. The problem is that the Freshman took the play call too literally...



2. WAC. Idaho is 1-5 and tied for first in the WAC....



1. Idaho State. Bengals lost 77-10 to 2-4 Portland State. This loss was worse than their loss to Nebraska...



The Infinity Bowl--If BYU played LSU and kicking was disallowed, would the game ever end?



Mighty Georgia got waxed; promising FSU got beat too. I guess you can't tell much about these teams when they play out of conference powerhouses like Savannah State....



Most overrated team of the week: Oregon State. This is not a top ten team. Other overrated teams: UCLA and Michigan State.
