Change in OL = Change in Attitude = Change in Performance

Coach Weber had been under fire for a while about all of the false starts, other penalties, and general lack of dominance of opponents DL. Last night he made some changes.



Ryker Matthews - LT

Famika Anae - LG

Braden Hansen - C

Manaki Vaitai - RG

Braden Brown - RT



That's 4 players at 6-6 and a load in MV. These guys came out firing off the line, took out two of HI OL and were blocking downfield for RBs. Their enthusiasm was contagious and carried over to RBs and vice versa. Like the change and hopefully this translates into improved play vs USU.

Change in OL + more bulk + (big plus) Change on Attitude (nastiness) - a few injured, (taken-out)Hawaii Dlinemen + a poor opponent = change in performance.



But I think the biggest variable is ALOT MORE NASTY ATTITUDE.

Again, even though it was Hawaii I'll take this progress. At least Weber isn't afraid to make a change, which I assume will be permanent. Take notes Bronco.
