Time to make some changes

Hill at QB - he is a multiple threat QB and can take advantage of connecting with our WRs and TEs.

J. Williams needs to get more carries and become our RB - kid has extra gear and speed to make big plays and punish D.

OL needs overhaul - they struggle against quality D that can play the run and bring a pass rush. They have struggled with Riley at helm vs Weber State, UT and now BSU.

Stop the turnovers and false starts - we don't turn ball over - we win both games vs quality opponents.

Settle on FG kicker - we need them in close games so we can eek out a win - just win baby.

Doman needs to improve play calling and execution - no excuses for fairly predictable plays. If he opens things up, like last two pass plays to Hoffman vs UT - one succeeded other didn't, so that we can use our RBs and WRs.

Still have time to be a legit team - just need some course adjustment.

Agree with most of your post. I still like Alisa however and think he just needs more carries.

Alisa was the only thing barely working in the O until THill came in.

Riley needs "more time to heal."

Post game interview with Doman - Riley has been playing through a serious injury, hasn't healed, and has been trying to tough it out with poor results. Coaches love his grit and determination but have to look at the negative consequences - turnovers, not being able to throw to receivers, lack of offensive production. Riley asked for one more drive when he was going to be replaced. He threw a pick 6 on that series. Had he been replaced then, we win game with Hill's score. Tough call but it's time to make tough decisions. Put in mobile, strong- armed Hill. He is more mature, RM, and has grit of Riley with more speed and physicality.

What's crazy is that they let him go out AGAIN to throw another pick after that.



Also, screw grit without talent.
