Two new coaching jobs at BYU

It’s pretty unrealistic, but two changes need to happen, one we need a new head coach and two, Bronco must be our Defensive Coordinator.



I am so pissed at him, he has not progresses this program, yes, he had a couple of good years, but nothing, absolutely nothing whatsoever special, but he is good on defense and we’ve maybe never had this good of a defense in history. There is no valid blame for him there, he is doing phenomenal on defense. If we lose him altogether, I think the loss due to his defensive proficiency would be greater than the overall good.



Not to mention there is nobody who could take the head coaching position anyways… except for maybe Kyle Shittingham. OMG

Not how coaching works. Bronco would just leave to take a HC job somewhere else. You can't just demote someone to DC and bring in a new HC.



BYU is not a school where everybody wants to coach and they don't offer the money needed to catch them otherwise. So who is going to be interested that could do better right now?



It is a moot point. Have to deal with the fact that this is the best we have.

Seriously, where do people get the idea that a head coach would go back to being a defensive coordinator? That's something my mom would suggest.

Maybe Bronco the minute he realizes that he ain't got it what it takes to be HC, that realization should come here any moment.

thing is, he does have it. He just needs some supporting cast in OCs and a new offensive line. Suddenly he'd be a genius if he had those 2 things.
