Luckily they have Star L. The announcers talked about him the entire USU game. Kept mentioning that he was basically having little impact. And the other Star lineman - the one who got ejected. And that Star safety - the one suspended for 3 games. And that Star QB - the one whose career ended due to the poor protection by that Star O/L. And don't they have a Star RB who has been rendered relatively ineffective by poor blocking and a bad ankle. They also have a Star WR or two that the announcers of the USU game kept noting were not being used effectively. And do not forget the former STAR of all STARS - the one that brought them just short of a NC - now their youngest in NCAA and least effective OC.



Utes - All Stars - too many to count.



I will take unsung guys like Nelson, Hoffman, Falslev, Kuresa, and the other guys the big boys passed up any day. They fight a little harder.

Takes a lot of balls to say that especially after no talent Harvey Unga trucked his Ute ass over on the way to his game winning TD in '07. What a douche!

Yeah, I suspect they'll both register their opinion on Saturday evening, along with a few of their best buddies. I hear Nelson takes a little umbridge to suggestions that he doesn't have any talent. He might weigh in as well.

My oh my, I could not have said this any better. The best image of Johnson that will forever be engrained in my mind is him being plowed over by Unga, and then seeing him on the ground as Unga scores.



I wonder what he thinks of former star Brice McCain when McCain blew his assignment on 4th and 18 and left no talent Austin Collie wide open.

Let's be honest, though. The Utes do have more talent, it's why they always beat us. We can't compete with PAC-12 dominance.

Can't quite picture what Johnson is doing in the picture:

1. Paying homage to Unga - bowing down and saying, "I am not worthy".

2. Trying to make a shoe string tackle.

3. Serving as a man rug for Unga to wipe his cleats.

4. Tasting the turf as "grass is always greener on the other side".

Why is it that the much more superior and talented douchebag Robert Johnson couldn't catch up to Andrew George on his way to the end zone on this play? And why couldn't the more talented douchebag Frutes not able to tackle George right after catching the ball?

This is great. I love the list of stars when presented like this.



I'm also wondering what the symbolic meaning of "talent" is from this quotation. Is it a jab at toughness? Speed? Athleticism? What I see in this statement is someone who is not sure how to articulate their athletic superiority--because they don't have it.
