Marquis who?

My favorite part of this game was watching the secondary completely shut down Marquis Wilson all night long. Loved that he became so frustrated that he basically wasn't even trying after halftime. Very telling was the way he reacted to the interception by JJ. Hardly an effort to make a tackle.

I checked out utefans.net after the game. There was a post about how marquis Wilson tore us up all game long, and that Utah will roll over us. Because we can't hang with the MIGHTY PAC 12.

Um, as problematic and Utardish as their logic is, this logic isn't exactly flawless either.

Except for two holding calls he would have dropped a buck-40 and 1 TD.

Nobody likes his attitude. And nobody likes a Utard.

That said, great scheme, great performance by the secondary vs Wilson who should still end up one of the best WR in the PAC. Way to go D!!

But on both of those plays if the offensive line doesn't hold our players Tuel gets sacked before he can throw the ball to Wilson so it ends in a sack instead of a holding penalty.

Yes. AND, they were big time All American catches.

AND, yes, he is highly hyped and we got the best of him. All credit to our D and JJ.
