NO TURNOVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably my #1 pet peeve.

Sorry - RIley will throw a pick or fumble it - and have a great game anyway if he stays healthy.



Our inexperienced RBs will fumble at least once.



Count on it .



They will - unless they don't.

But Mr-Fumble DiLuigi is no longer on the team.

This is the key to BYU season 2012. Absolute key. HAae to focus on ball security.



In U loss, 7 turnovers. In TCU loss 5 turnovers(including punt botches). In Texas loss, 3 turnovers.



BYU has to have 2 or less in big games, preferably less.

Amen. DiLuigi is gone so the odds go way down. I'm not worried about turnovers one bit tonight.

So we should be down from our season avg. last season by like 2-3 a game.

Right and there will be fewer when on the goal line or on 3rd down at a critical moment in the game.

I want to see something similar to the 2006 season, which had relatively few turnovers on our part, and was a big part of our success. Winning the turnover margin is one of Bronco's "4 keys" to winning so let's see it!

FYI, 2006, BYU had just 13 turnovers in 13 games.

Are you going to eat sour grapes until Riley Nelson is done? Maybe you should follow Kansas until that happens.

Haha! Seriously, though, Riley did get lucky a few times. I think there were 3 times where he threw it into traffic and it nearly got picked off. His throw to Friel for the TD was also a close call.



Love Riley, but he does need to be aware of his limitations. He doesn't have the zip Hall had to thread it through defenders.

Oops. A couple could have been picked. Receivers made some great plays. That is what Riley does - gives players opportunities to make plays.
